
Dr. Abbasi joined Elevation Wellness in April 2025 and became the medical director in August 2025. Currently, he is seeing clients via our virtual-wellness program for residents of Pennsylvania and Florida.
In a joint effort with Elevation Wellness clients’, the focus is to optimize their quality and enjoyment of life and promote healthy aging.
Dr. Abbasi, uses a synergistic, multi-faceted approach, which includes:

• reducing visceral fat and stimulating metabolism
• sharpening mental focus and concentration
Dr. Abbasi is also practicing and the medical director of electrodiagnostic medicine and hyperbaric medicine at University Orthopedic Care in Florida. He has over a decade of medical expertise in functional and rehabilitative medicine, and more recently in male and female bioidentical hormone replacement and medical weight loss. Additionally, he is trained in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) through the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society, bringing expertise in oxygen-based therapies for healing and performance enhancement.
Dr. Abbasi previously served as the Medical Director of LVPG Hazleton/Schuylkill, where he specialized in rehabilitative care, metabolic optimization, and patient-centered wellness strategies.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Rutgers University in 2004 and went on to achieve his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2008 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
His postgraduate training includes a preliminary medicine internship at Griffin Hospital (2009), followed by residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at John F. Kennedy Rehabilitation Institute in New Jersey.
In his spare time he enjoys weight training and spending time with his wife Chantal and two dogs Snoopy & Nova.
